Manufacturing & Quality
We manufacture these hoses in our facility in China. That gives us control over material sourcing, extrusion, braiding, and final assembly. Each hose assembly—especially those with custom fittings—goes through pressure testing before leaving the factory.
We use virgin PTFE resin for standard applications and conductive PTFE for static-dissipative requirements. If you are moving flammable fluids or working in sensitive electronic environments, the anti-static option is worth specifying.
As a manufacturer, we also offer end fitting options. Common configurations include NPT, JIC, BSP, flanges, and custom adapters. If you have an existing assembly and want to standardize with a consistent supplier, we can match your current interface.
