Fluoropolymer tubing is used when standard plastic tubing fails. It handles high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and requires low friction surfaces. At Shenzhen Forbest, we make PTFE, FEP, and PFA tubing for customers who need reliable performance in tough environments.

We are a China-based manufacturer. This means when you order from us, you work directly with the factory. No middlemen, no communication delays. We handle custom sizes, special packaging, and export documentation.

Some common uses for our tubing:

  • Chemical transfer lines

  • Medical device components

  • Wire insulation sleeving

  • Semiconductor fluid handling

  • Laboratory equipment

Material Options and Technical Data

Not all fluoropolymer tubing is the same. The three materials we work with have different properties. Choosing the right one depends on your specific needs.

PTFE Tubing

PTFE is the most common fluoropolymer. It handles the widest temperature range (-240°C to +260°C) and has the lowest friction of any solid material. It is naturally translucent white. Use it when you need maximum chemical resistance or non-stick properties.

FEP Tubing

FEP is melt-processable, which gives it better transparency than PTFE. It is clear, so you can see fluid flowing through it. Temperature range is -200°C to +200°C. It works well for sight gauges, lab equipment, and applications where visual monitoring matters.

PFA Tubing

PFA combines the high temperature resistance of PTFE (up to +260°C) with better mechanical strength and a smoother surface. It has very low metal ion content. This makes it the standard choice for semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications where purity is critical.

Other Configurations

We also offer:

  • Corrugated tubing – for tight bend radii without kinking

  • Coiled tubing – for retractable lines that need to spring back

  • Cut-to-length pieces – ready for assembly, no waste

3. Industry Applications

Different industries use fluoropolymer tubing for different reasons. Here is where our products typically go:

Semiconductor
High-purity PFA tubing for wet process tools, chemical delivery, and DI water lines. Low extractables and smooth inner surfaces prevent contamination.

Medical
PTFE and FEP tubing for catheters, surgical tools, and drug delivery. Materials can meet USP Class VI or FDA requirements if specified.

Chemical Processing
Transfer lines for acids, solvents, and other corrosives. PTFE handles almost all industrial chemicals without degradation.

Industrial Manufacturing
Air lines, sensor protection, fluid transfer in automated equipment. Reliable performance in demanding environments.

Why Work with Shenzhen Forbest

We are a tubing manufacturer, not just a trading company. When you contact us, you talk to people who understand extrusion and materials.

  • Direct factory pricing – no markups from distributors

  • Custom work – dimensions, colors, packaging all adjustable

  • Quality control – we check dimensions during production

  • Export experience – we ship to North America, Europe, and Asia regularly

If you need fluoropolymer tubing for a project or ongoing production, send us your specifications. We can provide a quote and discuss lead times.
