FEP Tubing Applications
Semiconductor and Electronics Industries:
It can be used to transport high-purity reagents and protect precision components, ensuring cleanliness during the manufacturing process due to its corrosion resistance and non-exfoliating properties.
It can also be used as insulation for wires in high-temperature, high-frequency environments (such as aerospace cables and computer internal connectors).
Medical:
Its excellent biocompatibility allows it to be used in drug delivery tubing, hemodialysis catheters, endoscope sheaths, and more. Food and
Pharmaceutical Industries:
It can provide sterile tubing that meets hygiene standards and prevents contamination.
Laboratory and Scientific Research Industries:
It can be used for chromatograph connectors, corrosive reagent transfer, and vacuum system piping.
Optical/Automotive and Aerospace Industries:
It can be used for high-temperature and wear-resistant component and wiring harness protection, laser equipment cooling tubes, and anti-stick roller liners.

FEP is the full name of perfluoroethylene propylene copolymer, also known as fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer.
FEP tubingare resistant to chemical corrosion, various strong acids and alkalis; they are resistant to high and low temperatures, and can work stably in extreme temperature environments from -200°C to 260°C.
Moreover, it has excellent electrical insulation, low friction coefficient, non-stickiness, and a smooth surface. In the fields of aerospace, medical, electronics, and chemical industry, FEP tubes play a key role.
