FEP Heat Shrinkable Sleeves – Standard & Custom Sizes

We manufacture FEP heat shrink sleeving for industrial applications. Our FEP heat shrink sleeve range covers standard diameters from 2mm to 300mm,

with wall thicknesses of 0.2mm, 0.5mm, and 1.0mm. Lengths up to 150 metres are available. Custom sizes can be quoted on request.

This product is used across several sectors including printing, paper, lamination, lighting, oil and gas, chemical processing, marine, food processing, and medical devices.

Common Applications

We supply FEP heat shrinkable sleeves to B2B customers for the following uses:

Roller covering – Used in printing, paper, and lamination machinery to provide a non-stick surface that reduces residue build-up and improves release properties. This is a typical use

case where a larger diameter FEP heat shrink sleeve is required.

Lamp encapsulation – FEP sleeving is applied over fluorescent and other lamps to contain glass fragments in case of breakage. This is a common requirement in food processing and pharmaceutical production areas.

Sensor and probe encapsulation – Used to protect sensing elements in aggressive environments, including chemical plants, oil refineries, and marine applications.
